Sustaining the SEER product line is an experienced professional staff and a portfolio of services including, consulting, training, customization, and technical support.

Consulting

All Galorath consultants are senior professionals with broad experience in project and cost management, as well as a deep knowledge of SEER applications. Galorath consultants can provide both limited engagement and “Game Changing” services in a variety of disciplines, including project estimation, design-to-cost analysis, Cost as an Independent Variable (CAIV), Earned Value Management (EVM), and estimation process improvement.

Training

SEER courses are designed not just to teach the mechanics of using SEER tools, but to offer practical experience in using the tools to address real-life situations. SEER instructors aren’t just “buttonologists,” they are experienced consultants with an intimate knowledge of SEER tools, and how to use them to greatest advantage. Core Training, Advanced Workshops, and Specialty Training are offered at our site in El Segundo or can be held on-site at your facilities.

Customization

Some organizations require specialized functionality that no off-the-shelf software tool can deliver. Galorath can help organizations adapt SEER solutions to their specific operating environment, customizing knowledge bases, simulation models, reports, and more to address industry or proprietary practices and standards.

Support

SEER support is provided by developers and consultants who use SEER models daily. It is available on an unlimited basis to all SEER clients. Galorath also maintains a Technical Library where registered users can download software upgrades, patches, and knowledge base updates, and access technical documents and estimating utilities.
