SEER for IT Workshops

Core Workshop

The SEER for IT Core Workshop is intended for senior IT professionals, software project managers, cost estimators and engineering staff that will use SEER-IT to improve the success rate on complex IT projects.  The workshop covers the basic functions of gathering and assessing inputs such as software size and complexity, infrastructure elements, deployment concepts and project management subjects.  Through extensive “hands-on” experience, we walk you through a structured process that will develop a complete project lifecycle estimate, showing you how to make use of the many features of SEER IT to increase reliability and provide insight into risk, uncertainty and cost drivers associated with IT project development and management.

The majority of our training is done at the customer facilities.  See information on our Private Workshops below.  Please call us for a quote (310) 414-3222.

Private SEER Workshops

The majority of our training is done at the customer facilities.  Most SEER customers prefer to select the date and location for SEER workshops to ensure that their specific estimating and project planning concerns are addressed in a confidential environment. These workshops are priced on a per-event basis (including instructor travel expenses). Private workshops are typically more economical where multiple users can benefit from training.
