Estimating Your Fitness Level

Ok… Somewhere I saw that this BLOG was “all things estimating” and I found a very interesting web site that will estimate your fitness level based on your heart rate and time it takes you to walk a mile. I personally use a Polar s626x heart Rate Monitor that performs similar estimates. But if you don’t have one of these gadgets try this estimating fitness level.
